Dr. Vikas Kohli, Principal, Police DAV Public School, Ambala City was Honored by His Excellency

State Level Award distribution function of Hindustan Scout and Guide Haryana was organized in Raj Bhavan Haryana Chandigarh today. On this occasion, Scouts and Guides, who works well from every district, was honored. On this occasion, the Chief Governor Dr. Kaptan Singh Solanki said in his statement that Hindustan Scouts and Guides in Haryana are doing a great job in their area. Hindustan Scouts and Guides have also played an important role in making the successful campaign. Haryana Education Minister Shri Ram Vilas Sharma said that Hindustan Scout and Guide is doing successful work in every field in Haryana and is contributing in the development of the country. He congratulated all the award winners of the Hindustan Scout and Guide on this occasion.

On this occasion, four teachers of Police DAV Public School, Ambala city  Deepak Sharma, Amit Oberoi, Sapna Sharma and Manoj Kumar, and four student Manav, Bhumi, Shubham,& Somya were also honored by His Excellency Dr. Kaptan Singh Solanki and Education Minister Ramvilas Sharma.

School Principal Dr. Vikas Kohli said that the main purpose of scouting is to dedicate itself to the service of others and to develop the character, physical, mental and spiritual development of the young people of the country, so that they can play a vital role in society.
