The closing ceremony of seven days special NSS camp was held at Police DAV Public School, Ambala City on 7-01-2020 with a colourful program.The programme commenced with Gayatri Mantra and DAV gaan. Thereafter, Chief Guest Mr. Vijay Kumar (District NSS coordinator) was greeted by NSS programme Officer Sh. Pankaj Suri. This was followed by cultural program of NSS. Chief guest Sh. Vijay Kumar, in his statement, first praised the program presented by the children. He discussed the importance of NSS and said that UGC has now added NSS as a subject in higher education.The students sang many Patriotic songs. Various dance performances, street plays, poetry recitation were also performed on students. 

School Principal Dr. Vikas Kohli applauded all the NSS ans said that the NSS is a project that gives children a lot to learn and the NSS camp gives them the opportunity to participate in different sections of the society & motivates people to connect with them and encourage them to become good citizens of tomorrow.
