The second Day of the Orientation Programmne covered the Role and Responsibilities of subject-wise Training Teams and Teams of Assessors. Regional Directors Mrs. Madhu Bahl, Mrs.Suman Nijhawan and Mrs.Sushma Arya graced the occasion and gave highly valuable suggestions to be incorporated in training modules.
Key Resource Person Mrs. Indermani Jain, Education officer DAV CAE welcomed the participating teachers. She outlined the objectives and measures of Training sessions to all so that the training programme can be successfully conducted and implemented.
Master Trainers from different subjects like English, Mathematics, Science, Social Sceince, ICT and Primary and Pre-Primary classes gave a 10 minutes Presentation from one of the Teacher Training Programme they had conducted in their school.
It was a highly interactive session which included group discussions, groups presentations and PPTs. Worth sharing experiences gained during Teacher Training Programmes and the Problems faced by trainees in implementation in actual class rooms were also discussed. There was an active participation by all the Principals, Cluster Heads and Training Coordinators.
According to Dr. Vikas Kohli, Principal Police DAV Public School Ambala City about 21 Master Trainers and 55 Heads from various Schools from Haryana, Chandigarh & Punjab participated.
It was a highly fruitful session as there was a vivid clarification given by Mrs. Indermani Jain regarding the roles of every individual involved in Training Programme.
The Programme concluded with the Presentation of momentoes to each Participating Master Trainer
